  • Sour cream black olives, greenish onions, tomatoes, etc for topping.
  • In a large skillet (ten inches or larger), brown ground beef with onion, salt, and 1 teaspoon cumin. Remove meat from pan and bleed on newspaper towels-- gear up aside.
